From the Library

Hello All,
I created a library website for Edison.  It is available under the student drop-down on the Edison website.  The direct link is:  https://sites.google.com/4j.lane.edu/edison-elementary-library/home.
The main page has a link to the Edison Library Catalog, library blog, and a preview of some of the new books kids can look forward to reading in the fall.  There is a page dedicated to all things OBOB, which has the new book list for next year, links to where the books can be found (some are currently available as eBooks or audiobooks), and I will be posting study guides as they are available.  There is a page of book recommendations divided by reading level, and all of the books currently listed are available as eBooks with the links provided.  There is a fun Explore page with themed materials like animals, space, STEAM, National Parks, and authors with links to fun projects, videos, and museums.  Finally, there is a page with links to our digital resources like Epic, Seesaw, Clever, Capstone, National Geo Kids, and others, and a link to the log-in access document for the digital services currently supported by the district for distance learning.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know.  I hope this gives you and our students another resource and will be helpful going forward as a fun way to interact with the library!
Best,
Katie
