Zumba Fitness with Sonia!
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip hop, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo dance moves. It also includes squats and lunges, making for a rewarding working out that is both challenging and enjoyable at the same time. Sonia is a trained Zumba instructor that brings a high level of energy, positivity, and excitement to all of her classes. She is joined by her daughter, also a trained Zumba instructor.
Zumba – classes are Monday and Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30 and Friday at 5:30 to 6:30
